📘 Bookings
Your booking is confirmed once payment is made through our secure Rezdy system.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for sign-in and the safety briefing.
↩️ Cancellations & Changes
Refund for cancellations made 72+ hours before your tour, less 15%.
No refund for cancellations within 48 hours, late arrivals, or no-shows.
If we cancel due to weather or safety, you may choose a full refund or reschedule.
🌦 Weather Conditions
Tours may be postponed or cancelled if conditions are unsafe (extreme heat, storms, heavy rain, strong wind).
We will notify you as early as possible if weather affects your booking.
🛡 Safety Requirements
Drivers must hold a valid driver’s licence and show it on arrival.
Minimum passenger age: 4 years and 100cm tall or more.
Helmets are provided — must be worn at all times.
All participants must follow guide instructions for safety and stay on tracks.
Abuse of our quad bike (it is not a toy) and damage to tracks will not be tolerated.
We may refuse participation if someone is under the influence of drugs/alcohol or unsafe to ride.
⚖️ Liability
Quad biking involves inherent risks.
By booking, guests accept responsibility for their personal safety and participate at their own risk.
A Waiver of Liability must be signed before the tour.
💪 Health & Fitness
Participants should be in good health and free from conditions that may be aggravated by riding.
Please contact us before booking if you have any medical concerns.

Photos may be taken during your experience for guests and promotional use on our website or social media.
By booking, you consent to this use.
If you prefer not to be photographed, simply tell your guide at the start — no problem at all.
